About Larptube & TechnoLarp.

Originally I was just going to yap about this within my friend group, but I realized that I have a lot more to say.

As a concept, larping isn’t the worst thing. Although yes it may be weird to larp as a youtuber’s “prime”, I believe that as long as someone isn’t making money, or the youtuber explicitly doesn’t want to be larped, it is okay. What isn’t okay is larping as a dead youtuber.

Recently, we have seen the rise of a larptuber named “TechnoLarp”. This larptuber has made a lot of videos. One of them is a collab with Skeppy, who was close with Technoblade prior to his death in 2022. Technolarp’s page

In the video you can clearly see how weird Skeppy feels. Seeing what in his eyes is a “reincarnation” of his dead friend. God knows how Sleepy Boys, Inc feels.

I feel bad for technodad. I mean just look at this post he made. He clearly doesn’t want this. He clearly wants to be able to not have his son’s death define him forever. Technodad’s opinion

In conclusion, I believe Technolarp should either take his channel down, or just stop trying to make techno his personality. I feel bad for everyone who is now having to relive their grief because of this entire situation. I also hope skeppy is able to cope in a way that isn’t this. It just isn’t healthy.
